Visits


We organize guided tours of the Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes
from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm, by reservation at 032 951 20 12 or visit@brasseriebfm.ch

Tour lasts approximately 2 hours :
- Tuesday to Friday from noon to 5pm, departure at full hours, group of 8 to 276 people.
- Saturdays from 10am to 5pm (4pm before a HopScene BFM event), departing at full hours, group size 5 to 276.

Smaller groups can be combined with others.
Other days and/or times may be possible on request.

Our formulas

VD = The visit + tasting
The visit of the brewery + tasting of our seasonal products.

Price. Fr. 20.00 per person.

VAD = The visit + tasting + aperitif
The visit + tasting of our seasonal products + aperitif:  Tête de moine Totché, dry sausage and wood-fired bread. 

Price : Fr. 30.00 per person.


AD = Aperitif + tasting
Tasting of our seasonal products + aperitif:  Tête de moine, Totché, dry sausage and wood-fired bread. 

Price : Fr. 25.- per person

Prices are in Swiss francs including 7.7% VAT.

Starters

- Wild boar terrine with pistachios and gin 10.00
- Pork pie with sausage macerated in beer and gin jelly 10.00
- Cream of pumpkin soup with Kürbiskornöl (vegan) 6.00
- Hummus in colour (vegan) 6.00
- Green salad with shallot and BFM mustard dressing (vegan) 6.00

From 40 persons onwards, all starters can be served as a buffet for 18.00 per person, including a welcome beer.

Dishes

- Pork belly confit with soy sauce, poached apple in beer syrup and späzlis 25.00
- Beef cheeks with citrus and torpedo spicy red cabbage, couscous with parsley & gomasio 28.00
- Soft rabbit with BFM mustard, vegetable jardinière and rosemary polenta. Served with liver mousse as an appetizer 25.00
- Spinach and ricotta lasagne (veg) 22.00
- Tajine with olives, lemon confit and seasonal vegetables (vegan) vegetables 20.00

Cheeses
